Can you get skinnier going on a diet , and eat less without working out?

uhm diet is bad..well that what I heard but I exercise everyday at night before I go take a shower I do at least 100 sit ups 50 push ups I go run at the beach at least an hour and do 100 leg ups

I realized that in a month I dropped 2 sizes

yes only if you eat very minimal calories..even if you do you wouldnt look so great, you need to tone up (not like bodybuilder muscle) so the weight/fat you lose doesnt just sag but looks nicer. Just try increasing your walking by 20mins daily for a week as a starting point.

I don’t know if I would suggest Oprah as a role model, she has very fluctuating weight, and I’ve never really seen her slim.

don’t do extreme work outs at night most important thing is that you have the idea in your head that you are going to lose weight. because most of it is in the mind so just think positive about losing weight and it will happen before you know it ok? don’t worry so much about your weight at a young age. just gradually increase your exercise. try going for walks. find reasons to get out of the house and just move your body around. and make sure you are eating healthy which means no macdonalds lol or any fast food like that. and next times you feel like buying a coka-cola by a happy planet juice instead. that’s what it’s all about, just changing little things and letting them build up so you can lose the weight :) don’t go all crazy about weight loss though that’s bad

Eating a lot less isn’t the best way to lose weight. If you are not eating enough then your body starts to cling to the fat it already has, as it doesn’t know when it will get its next meal. You need to eat good nutritious food regularly. Rather than eat 3 meals a day, divide each one in half and eat 6 meals spaced out through the day to keep your metabolism going strong. Excersise and a healthy diet is the ONLY effective way to lose weight and keep it off long term. If you want to crash diet and eat very little then yes you will lose weight in the short term. But it is very hard to maintain, and you will feel miserable from having no energy.
