ummm… I don’t think you can, cause most people don’t even noe when a baby is comming/to be expected!! - most just have sex, and the male and female chromosomes link together to form a gene for either a baby girl or boy!! but I’ve heared stuff like, if you eat a lot of dairy products - you have a higher chance of having a girl! if you eat a lot of meat and alternatives - you have a higher chance of having a baby boy!! but I bet that’s just a taboo =P… but you never noe!!
There are ways to help, but to be completely honest, there’s no 100% way to know for sure you’re getting what you want. lil_princess_4_lyf and ty are right.
Ty has it right, the only way is though sperm selection. You changing your diet won’t do anything, the man ‘chooses’ the sex of the baby, that is to say, the sperm has the desiding factor (X or Y).
Its to do with your ph level at conception I THINK its is alkaline for a girl and acidic for aboy but its when during ovulation for get a girl or boy
