Can I lose 5 though 10 pounds?

Can I lose 5 to 10 pounds if I dont eat and just drink 2 bottols of water and chew gum for 4 days and do 50 push- up’s and walk for 45 minutes swimming for like an hour and dance as in moveing my body can I lose weight… I dont want nobody to tell me it’s bad for me!! I just want to know can I lose weight by doing that?

I suggest, it you want to like, not eat, eat only a small meal in the morning, it kinck-starts your metabolism so you burn more calories during the day. also, eat maybe like a granola bar. eat as little as possible, but not exactly nothing, so you can stay concious, lol. let me know how it goes.

yes! well I’m not going to tell you that not eating is bad because I know you don’t want to hear it and you just won’t listen. But if your not going to eat, don’t work yourself to hard or that long or you will pass out.

Um…you really need to eat. You will pass out and get ill if you dont eat and do all the things you’re saying you want to do. The food will also give you energy to burn. If you eat nothing, you won’t have any energy at all…then you’ll tired all the time and you won’t feel good. You just watch WHAT you eat and drink water, then yes, you can lose 5 to 10 pounds. And fast!!!
