can I get him back??

I’m 18 and my boyfriend is 19. We never argue. Last night he said he was off 2 pub with mates but he dint come back and he still hasn’t. I rung him and he has disconnected his number. I rung his mates and they said that he dint go to the pub with them but they saw him walking in the other direction. I have called his family and they said he was ok and he was now staying with them. So I went round and heard him talking to his brother in his bedroom saying I’m leaving miania(my name) and I’m off to bolton(england). We live in leeds atm but his brother said he cheated on me the day after the last time he saw me cuddling a boy at school. I cuddle boys at school all the time because me and my mates are like that. We are there 4 each other when no1 else is.I think the last tiime I was with him and I cuddled a boy was about a week ago so it must have been recent. I feel I can forgive him bcos he puts up with me cuddling boys at school(well usually) And can I just say when I say cuddling boys I do only mean cuddling boys. Yeh they kiss me on the cheek sometimes but my boyfriend knows they are just friends. Why couldn’t he just tell me he’d cheated?? He knew I am a sensitive person and I don’t hold grudges.
