Can any one give me an idea on the men's head?

My ex split with me few weeks back.I’m not sure but think he cheated on me with his new girlfriend as they got together couple of weeks after we split. After weeks of him being undeceive of how he wanted me in his life as friends of not, I sent him an email telling him I’d had enough of him messing with my head and that as we work together we would keep it as work colleagues. all sorted, and I didn’t hear anything from him for the two weeks before I had to work with him again. I’m moving on with my life slowly and making plans. The next time I worked with him, he talked to me and I was civil, but his eyes were constantly watching me. On my bit of the clothing dept, I would be tidying and he would go on the next dept next to me and tidy even though he don’t work on there. He kept looking like he was wanting to talk to me all time and when I looked at him he would jump and walk away. Is he playing games with me?

A lot of people hook up with someone else some after the breakup of their relationship, it doesn’t necessarily mean they they were cheating during their previous relationship. It is a big blow to a man’s self-esteem when he thinks his relationship fails, and it gives him a great ego boost if he can strike up another relationship to ‘prove his worth’. Oftentimes it is simply smoothing over hurt or unresolved feelings towards his ex. In other words, he may still have feelings but is too afraid, hurt, angry or resentful to do anything about it.
