what can i do to calm down?..

so as you know i fight i am agressive but when it comes to family well im scared.my dad and bro are having a fight. so me and my sis and lil bro locked ourselvees in this computer room.i am scared how can i calm down? (when my bro is screaming and my dad is hitting well it bound to be bad)
