How can I burn music to my cd-r?
For some reason, when I try to burn music to a cd, it won’t play back in the car or a cd player. What happened? I use Windows Media Player to burn music to my cds. I found myself wasting these cds because their not working or playing back music. Someone help me please?
Download another program for it, windows is crap.
Through the media player
Use Nero, or any of the free alternatives… Windows Media player sucks for burning cds

Are you sure its the program and not perhaps the discs you are using? I’ve never had any problem with Windows Media, and that was across multiple computers and platforms. Just as an experiment try to use someone else’s computer and their Windows Media Player with your disc. If it works then its either your computer or your software. If it fails then it maybe your disc - try a different kind or brand and see. If that still fails then see about getting a different software, but who knows? It may well be your burner.
