How so I stop my binge eating habit?

I’m constantly bingeing not from hunger but from boredom. I’ll eat my meal be full and then I have nothing else to do so I keep eating, and eating. How can I break this habit (cause I’m gaining weight like crazy!)? And how can I entertain myself?

Honestly, I really have that problem too. I heard if you eat your main meal more slowly, you’re less likely to binge. But if you don’t eat enough during the day, you’re more likely to scarf down your meal- and more! It all kinda comes down to two things:

  1. keeping your blood sugar levels stable throughout the day and…
  2. willpower ;)

lol…I have the same problem. if you keepp eating then at least try to keep eating healthy

go do something. maybee something that burns a lot of calories, bike rides, roller skating, skateboarding, go to the beach, something. I have the same problem I just chew gum and watch tv, and resist the urge.

eat fresh veggies, they are good for you. Just don’t dip them in tons of ranch!
