Make it as romantic and memorable as possible. Maybe have a nice evening out first going out to dinner or something. Make sure you are ready, you can always stop. And make sure it is a bed maybe have the room lit with candles. My best friend and I used to talk about how we were going to lose our virginities and we came up with so many romantic things. I actually wish I had made mine a little more rememberable, the only thing I got right was it was in a bed! :)
