Better off as friends?

So here’s the deal. There’s a girl back home, and I’ve known her for about a year and a half maybe. And we’re pretty good friends, but that’s it.

That was fine with me I wasn’t looking for anything more that a friend to hang out with, but it seems that every day I talk to her, I fall for her just a little bit more.

I’ve been contemplating the idea of asking her to be my girlfriend. And I know she wouldn’t say no to me, but

So far I’ve had more than a few not so great relationships, and when they are over, I can’t bring myself to be just a friend again.

And I’m wondering is its worth taking the risk of loosing a friend, or getting a girlfriend.

That’s my point of conflict I really do like her, but I also like having a good friend who I can trouble at anytime.

I know.

I just wanted to hear other peoples opinions. I’ve just about have my mind set. I’m going back home today. And ima go hang out with her and let whatever happens happen.
