How do I lose weight fast?

Im 80kgs 170cms and 14 years old I want to get down to about 55 kgs then ill be in the middle of my BMI but how do I do that, by school ball is in 6 weeks how can I lose enough weight so I look good in my dress

you need to eat! You can’t just stop eating! that is so bad for your body! When you don’t eat food your body will start to eat away at your muscle not your fat. Try to eat small meals every 3-4 hours. It’s also about portion control. A portion is the size of your palm. So when your grabbing food, don’t get more than that! When you eat you also need to sit down at a table. Don’t eat infront of the TV and don’t eat standing up. When you are watching TV you aren’t focusing on how much you are eating and you will just keep going, so DON’T DO IT! Also you do need to exercise! Just start off slow, and build your way up. Not only does exercise make you feel happy because of the endorphins are released from your brain, but you will lose weight faster doing cardio. Cardio burns ft! To keep if off you just need to stick with the way you are eating and exercising. Cut out all sugars! Drink water, eat chicken, fish, fruits, and veggies. Try not to eat anything processes, meaning anything that comes in a bag. Try to keep your fat intake at 20g-30g a day.

Well I used to weigh 165 the begining of last summer and I lost 51 pounds just in time to go pack to school. What I did wasn’t very healthy but yeah I just skipped meals and cut down on portions when I did eat. I drank plenty of water and (rarely) exercised. I went from a size 14 to a 5 and now I eat normally and I can still fit into 4/5/7s.
