I don’t really know what kind of bedding would be best. but I can tell you that you will never “get rid” of them. I do know that spraying your bed with lysol (your matress, that is) and washing your sheets regulrarly will help reduce them and keep big ones and germs at a minimum. There are millions of them in your bed–you can’t “get rid” of them.
