How do I know if my African Dwarf Frogs are getting enough to eat?
Two days ago I added two African Dwarf Frogs to my aquarium which already contained a female Betta fish and 5 female guppies. I don’t think the frogs have eaten anything since they came home because the fish always get to the food first. The fish are already at the top and they come speeding out of nowhere when I put the food in and eat it all before the frogs have even left the bottom. How do I make sure the frogs get a chance to eat? I don’t want them to starve to death.

I have an african dwarf frog in my 10 gallon aquarium and he has been living for a while. They are very hardy and I assume that he eats the stuff my guppy fish forget about. I’ve tried feeding it special flakes that float at the top but my guppies devour it. I would try getting a food that sinks to the bottom. Then you can know that they are getting the food they need. It may be a problem though if you have a bottom feeder like an algae eater or a cory because they will eat that.
