Abusing And Pregnant
My sons girlfriend is 16 shes being abused and dont feel safe there what can she do by texas state law to try and get out of there for her sake and the babys.She dont feel safe there and she wants to come live with my son. And her mother is trying to keep him from appts is she able to do that our does he still have father rights.
You should tell you wont get hurt. Do the right thing.
He had father rights. But he’s not a father yet. She can report it to the department of children and family services (it’s known a little different every where) and they may be able to get her out of there…
govenment could find her an apartment and pay for it as long as she has good grades in school…but off course social workers going to want to know why shes moving out…n she could tell them and eventually hopefully she moves out…im really sure how it works but you can always research! GOOD LUCK!!
