what happens if 7 days has pass now and i havent got my period this month

I know i’m not pregnant my boyfriend lives many miles away so we can’t see each other …Ok so that’s why we been doing phone sex for that reason …My question is that i should of had my period 7 days ago but notthing i only felt some mestrual symptons that we women normal get but no period …So did my touching my self afected my period or not ? help please i’m worry

There is nothing to worry about in my opinion. Periods may be early or late. Just wait and eat healthy. If you skip your period this month, maybe you could visit a doctor. It also depends on how old you are though. My periods hadnt been very regular until a few months ago and even in those few months, it is a few days early or late. Im 15 though. (almost 16) Since you’re not pregnant, i really dont think you touching yourself affected your period.

That will not cause a period to skip. Other than the obvious, what can cause skips are dieting, VERY heavy exercising, life stress, worry, and (finally) no-reason-at-all. If this happens again for no reason, have it checked out by your OB-GYN just to make sure. Take care, and Good Luck!!
