Big brother has to understand that little brother is very young and doesn’t understand the boundaries of play time. Ask the 2 year old to play with something else and not to kick over big brother’s blocks.

Use a super strong fast drying glue to stick the blocks together. This will confuse the 2 year old immensely

Nothing — i would probably smile looking at them, thinking that they are so cute… that’s what kids do they quarrel - they make up - they quarrel again - they make-up again ( the cycle goes on) that’s where the bond starts =)
