Take a good look at what starts your poor behaivor. Is it the people you are with? If so then you’ll need to limit your time with them. Do you have too much free time and get bored? If so, start doing something great that you’ve always wanted to do.
Is it making the rest of you life a misery. Do you wake up in jail? Do you get into fights? Are you late for work? Lose a job? Make a list of things you’ve lost out on because of the partying….see if those aren’t a good enough reason.
