I'm 17 and I NEED to lose weight.

I'm 17 and 5'3 and 173 pounds. I need to get down to 140. I want to do this before August. I already have Insanity and 30 Day Shred and Zumba. I want to be able to incorporate all of these during the weightloss journey. I also want a short exercise routine to do as soon as I wake up. I would also like an example diet plan for 2000 calories. Keep in mind that I don't like to eat lunch at school. I usually jut bring a small snack like fruit or pretzels. Any advice you can give me would be great! Thank you! -Jess.
