13 and way overwieght

ok I am 13 and I weight 190i dont look like I weight 190 I am 5’6 or 5’8 I think and I want to lose weight I try to lose the weight but it is hard so I need a plan I an stick to and how many calories can I eat a day plus working out for how many mintues and how many months would it take?

Heres the trick that has always worked for me. Your body needs 1200 calories a day to function, just from being awake all day you use 1200 calories so everything extra you do (chewing/walking/writing) expends extra calories. If you keep track of what you eat and only eat 1200 calories a day everything you do will cause you to loose weight.

The best way to keep track it to look at everything you are eating and write down the calorie amount. Even plan out what you are going to eat the next day so you are not tempted to snack on whatever you see throughout the day.

Try jogging a good distance (like around a park or a couple miles or something) and other exercises. Alternate exercises each day or do all of them every other day, so you have a day to recover. Start with only what you can handle and work your way up; don’t strain yourself. Eat whole grains, nuts, oil and/or bran to maintain a healthy metabolism.

Hmmm , Well , Soo what I thinks best for you is too try & stop eating junkyy foods. LIke when you come home from school, try eating fruits and veggies, or even eating crackers, instead of craving chips and junk. Also, if its not too far , try wwalking to school too help. Try & excersice a goodo amount a day. If you have a bike ; ride it! If you have a dog, play with it and run around! Go swimming! Join a sports team ! Good luck ! hope I helped ! xoxox
