What do you do when a guy robs you?

I was working at a small store and i was the cashier for a day cause my cousin (who owns the store) went to his wife funeral:( so i said i will take over this guy i never saw came and stole a bage full of grocery and walked out..i called him but he wouldn’t look i couldn’t just leave the store and chase him and the cops will take forever to get here so i was left with no choice but to let him walk out..but i can’t get over it, cause if this guy sees i didn’t do nothing this will happen again??

A report of what you can recall needs to be filed with Police…..they might review videos (if any) from the area, around that time…with your description find & you identify, etc…….

  • Call the police, and report the incident
  • report the incident to your cousin
  • ask your cousin to install a camera in the store, so next time he can give a video to the police.
  • describe the customer to your cousin, maybe he knows who that is
  • use your phone camera and take a pic, if possible
  • ask other customers for help

The first thing you should do is report it to the police. Can you recognize the man? That would be the best lead to find the man. Also, you need to explain that to your cousin so both of you can take extra precautions to not let it happen again.
