He is overweight and continues to gain weight while I am a size 0
on my husbands side of the family His mother is overweight but his dad is about average, he says most of his family is over weight he says that his family is known to have babies that weigh 10 or 11 pounds and im worried id die if I had to give birth to a baby that size he was about 10 pounds when he was born
on my side my mother is very thin and my dad is as well most of my family is about average I was about 7 pounds when I was born
will our kids most likely be over weight? ):
they could become chubby through genetics but you could always introduce good healthy food with reasonable portion size to prevent them being in love with junk food as they grow up lol and get them involved in activities like playing soccer, swimming something that theyd enjoy and you would as a family. my niece was quite small when she was born but a few months later she was very chubby but now shes 2 going on 3 and shes how she should be for her age so even if the kids are big when they are born, they'll grow out of it.
They won't be overweight if they get the correct amount of food and they right food. Help you huspand on a diet plan because being over weight could hurt his health.
