There are lots of reasons you may not feel like eating. Sometimes appetite fluctuates, like mood does, and you may be less interested in food- factors such as if there is particularly hot weather can cause this. Sometimes a loss of appetite can be caused by mood disorders such as depression. If you are feeling any other symptoms alongside lack of interest in food, such as sleep problems, lack of concentration or interest in hobbies your normally enjoy, then it may be worth seeing your GP as a priority. Do you feel like there may be an underlying cause? Are you going through a stressful time, are you conscious of your weight, have your tastes in food changed and you are just bored of your meals? Trying to identify what is causing this change can help you decide on if you need to take some action. As long as you continue to eat regularly enough and make sure you get plenty of water to keep you hydrated then it isn't too worrying within itself, but see a doctor if it persists.
thats normal. humans just came up with the bullshit reason one eats 3 times a day. One doesn't actually need to. Eat when your hungry, your good.
