Sometimes feeling down about yourself and feeling unhappy all the time is a faze you go through, depending on age, hormones and all the other stuff. If you are do stuff that would usually make you happier and do stuff that make you feel comfortable and just gradually try to make yourself more happy and joyful
This could be emotional problems because I have them myself it gets a little frustrating but if you think positive and think of personal things that should make you happy you can be your own type of happy inside it doesn't mean you show it but maybe you still feel it a little.
Find a reason to get up every day. Then happiness will find you. Happiness does not come about just by lying there and doing the same thing that you did yesterday. Happiness comes when you do things that help people.
Do stuff that you feel would make you happy and sprouts yourself with happy people
