Hi, I need a piece of advice, am thin am so skinny that am just bones. plse help, What type of food should I eat to put on a bit of flesh?

Eat lots of greasy foods and meat.And try drinking Ensure.You can find it at walmart

Put butter and cheese on everything- smother your sandwiches in the stuff, melt it over your chips! Cakes with lots of sugar and cream should also help, chocloate, crisps, hot chocolate with milk, doughnuts. Also, go to the supermarket when you are feeling hungry so that you are more inlclined to buy snacks and convenience food. Try not to overdo it though, as these types of food will also have nasty side effects such as spots!

If you start eating greasy or fatty foods, you’ll end up with health problems. Those things are full of cholesterol and saturated fats and are far from an ideal way to put on a little weight.

oh my goodness all these people DID NOT just recommend greasey foods and other junk did they?! jaw drop haha, they’re just silly. Well just have plenty of carbs and protein. Also let’s not forget exercise. Don’t be a couch potato…and a lot of running won’t do you any good. Unless you want a healthy heart. ;D
