chew gum and get your mind occupied on something else, as long as your chewing something and your distracted. you’ll forget that your even hungry. it works for me when I’m in the mood for a post-dinner snack. good luck!

Maybe you should try a new diet which you’ll find less gruelling?

Some foods help you feel fuller for longer, like oats and nuts.

I eat a bowl of ready brek (if you dunno what it is its just kind of like porrige. Its not amazingly tasty but its not awful) and it leaves me full till dinner.

If you dont wanna eat stuff like that, then try something like weetabix :)

If you DO still feel hungry after meals, make sure you lock all stuff like chocolate etc away and have HEALTHY snacks, like fruits. Low calories and all in all good for you, so you can still lose weight without feeling guilty :)

xx
