Okay so I switched computers. my Itunes account is on my downstairs computer. I dont have an apple id. I use my aol name. whenever I try to sign in it tells me to review my account information and then I try that and it brings me to the 'create a new account' screen. I want to sign in on this computer! help me out please!
Hmm... You might need to make a separate account because maybe it only allows you to use one IP address (computer). Or maybe you could go to the apple website and change your password or something to see if that does anything.
