I need to lose weight fast before my schools talent show. Help!!
cut atleast 150 calories from your diet. Do not drink your calories, try water. Do crunches everyday, morning would be good. Don't eat a lot of bread! If you do eat wheat bread it's wayyy better for you and a lot less fatting.
well this isn't healthy at all buri just stopped eating lunch and breakfast for a week and in one week I lost 12 pounds...I didn't gain any of it back...not healthy at all but it works. you have to exersize a lot
eat lots of beans... I think that s one way... actually, dont listen to me.. on this one.. research it tho
well, you could keep working out everyday and eat healthier. thats mainly what you could do.
