I have been working out for last one week to reduce weight around my waist and abdomen, eating 1 or 2 meals a day with 1 an half ltrs of water. Would like to know how I can maintain my figure without starving myself and hampering my health?
dont cut down on eating because as soon as you are at the weight you want, you will slowly start eating a bit more and your body will start to grab onto that extra food and you'll slowly put on the weight again. you should eat 3 meals a day, but healthy meals. and drink plenty of water which it sounds like your already doing. do heaps of ab muscle crunches etc, excersises for abs, tummys, and asses and that should help.
I have tried to keep weight off on my waste for a while but I have seen nothing work for me but for my friends, it has worked ny doing a lot of excersises and stuff that work your abdomen muscles and stuff. and make sure you keep a maintained diet. =) hope I helped.
excercise is the best way to do that not by starving yourself as long as you have a balanced diet and you excercise it wont be hard to keep your figure
work out and just eat right but don't cut out on meals just make the right portion.
