Try to find a running buddy, and start by experimenting out in the neighborhood or at a local park. See if you like it. If you do, I suggest joining a local gym. It's a bit challenging at first, but the more you get into it, the better you'll become and the more you will accomplish in life.
MUSIC or get angry- sounds bad but when I was angry not like anger issues just annoyed running let's you release it, just tell yourself you hate the floor. Also don't take advice off me I'm very unfit and can't run anymore because of my legs
