  (I'm not Muslim, but i think i can figure this out as i am christian and the religions aren't that different) I think you just have to be really sorry for what you did and Allah will forgive you. (thats what i have to do, i am non denominational christian)

  accept your bad Karma for the bad you have done, accept that you deserve any bad karma and do some good to get karma back on your side. Live a good life.
