Scenario

In Pakistan there is mushroom growth of universities from which a large number of business graduates pass out every year. It has been observed that most of the students graduating from these universities prefer jobs over business. Most of the students might be getting jobs of their own choice and the rest of students then think for doing something else for earning money. It might be of doing various kinds of business activities but percentage of these students is least observe as compared to those who give preference to jobs. It is inferred from the situation that universities have failed to promote business propensities among students. There might be multiple reasons behind this but the universities are somehow greatly responsible for not stimulating the business propensities. At present Pakistani economy is growing at the average of 4 to 5 percent every year. Thus employment creation process is very slow. Right now universities have to create job creators rather than job seekers.
