can sister and brother dogs have pups and be healthy?
Its not recommended, their genes would be too similar and cause abnormalities in the litter. Like utopia said it would be best to get them neutered to prevent this happening. Its the same sort of problems involved with human incest. Gd luck x
It's a crap shoot...since both dogs have generally the same set of genes, good and bad...that's why breeders do line breeding and not interbreeding. I wouldn't take the chance.
How about just playing it safe and having them both fixed...
they will be happier and healthier and live longer...
It's not recommended... often inbred puppies will come out normal, but you're still posing an awful risk.
I've heard they are stronger then normal bread..
