Just on DDR and a good diet?
I think it's defiantly possible. I own that game and I play it pretty often on heavy level. It really gets your body going so I'm sure with a good diet and playing DDR (dance dance revolution for those who don't know) can help you lose weight. I may have even lost a bit of weight on accident by playing DDR so much.
Yeah its a great way to lose some weight. In fact I played it for about two months and lost five pounds. No lie, true story. It really is a good way to listen to music and get on your feet and dance. I strongly recommend to anybody to start playing! :)
That would be a fun way to exercise!!! (Actually I secretly wish I had a DDR set-up at my home. I'm not about to try it in a mall where all those kids younger than MY kids are a whizz.) :{)
I'm pretty sure it is possible because I heard someone lost 55 lb. playing it
