Boogeyman 2

Me and my bff saw this movie boogeyman2 and I am scared outta my wits!!! Help me! If my mom or dad or sister finds out that I watched this movie ill b toast! My mom will kill me! I once saw this movie aboout bloody mary, and I got nightmares for 3 months!!! Now im scared to half to deat h about this thing! I keep seeing boogeyman grinning at me with this stabber knife that twists and I had a dream that maggots were on me (like in the movie) and I was asleep and boogeymanstabbed me and twisted the twister thing (like in teh movie) and blood squirts out , skin flies around (in the movie) and I died! Omg please, please, please tell me how to get rid of nightmares like this! I feel like im controled by boogeyman now! First it was monsters in the closet, monsters underthe bed, boogeyman (not so much whe and I was 6), bloody mary and now boogeyman again. But sooo much more now! Please help me!
