My Exact "Get Lean" Meal Plan

Good morning,

I’m sending this out for Mr.Brandon as promised. Here you go…

Brandon enters the room…

Hi there again. I hit the gym this morning. Had a nice leg workout. Could’ve been better but I showed up right.

Anyway, I promised you that I’d share my diet with you that I’m being as strict as possible with 7 days per week for the next six weeks.

Here’s a quick rundown of it:

Meal 1
½ cup oatmeal
1 banana
1 scoop whey protein
1 tbs flax seed oil

Meal 2
8oz chicken
1 cup spinach or broccoli

Meal 3
8oz chicken
1 cup spinach or broccoli

Meal 4
1 scoop whey protein
1 tbs peanut butter

Meal 5
6 eggwhites
or
1 can tuna w/kale salad
1 tbs flax seed oil

Every couple days I’ll throw in a cup of rice in meal 2 just to give my body a spike in carbs.

Sounds boring huh?

Well, unfortuantely it is but it’s consistent. Consistency is what matters most in life.

Showing up every single day ready to battle is a good start but it’s just a start.

I’m going to be sending some fitness tips via email everyday for the next couple of weeks. You might get some use out of one or even all of them.
