How do I pay more attention

I am having some serious problems with paying attention. At school at home, when someone is talking to me. I just tend to get sleepy and my eyes roll into the back of my head. I try to sleep bu it I toss and turn and when im laying in the dark it feels like im asleep but im not… I need help hear. I can not afford to fail in school.

neather could I go talk to your dr on putting you on a low antie depressiont it is non add and it will help you sleep

I have Attention Deficit Disorder commonly known as ADD. Due to it I have trouble paying attention, trouble sleeping, including a few other things. Talk to your doctor, about the problems you are having. And he will do a simple test to find out. He’ll know what to do from there.
