Re: Living by myself in oklahoma when I'm 16 years old.

Wait.
Your mom told you that you can live on your own.. but she died?
Either I read that wrong or it just doesn't make sense.

But anyway..
You can't just live on your own.
It's illegal, your a minor.
You have to go through the process of getting emancipated.
Most places, to get emancipated you need:
A place to live.
A steady source of income.
And a couple more things.

Re: Any good games on DS?

I don't know what you like for games but I'll list the ones I own.

Pirates Of The Caribbean At World's End - I enjoy this game. It's tough, but possible.

That's So Raven - Too easy. Boring after you beat it the first time. Though, the mini games are pretty fun.

Nintendogs - One of my favorites. You don't do much, but it's pretty fun.

Brain Age 2 - Okay, I like this one. I think it's fun.

Big Brain Academy - This one's really fun too. :] My favorite.

I actually should buy another game.

No.
Mine's Lita.
But I have a friend named Skylar.

filletofspam, I don't think that site is right.
According to that website no one has been named Lita since 1960.
But my name's Lita and I was born in 1992.

Re: Is this a habit or something more?

It all depends on why you're doing it.
If you don't realize you do it, I'd say it's just a habit.
If you do it because you like the pain or reasons like it, that's called self injury.

So think why you do it.
Then you'll find the answer.

Re: Help me understand this please

I cut.
See, self injury is an addiction.
That's why we (people who self injure) do it so much.
Trying to quit is like trying to quit smoking.
When you are quitting smoking you crave a cigarette.
You want to smoke SOO bad.
When you are trying to stop self injuring you feel the need to.
You want to do.
You feel like you HAVE to.
That's why we have so many relapses.

Basically, for me, it's just this sense of being able to control pain.
Like people with annorexia.
They feel that food is the only thing they can control.
I feel like I can't control the emotional pain that I have.
But I can control the physical pain.
And I like knowing that I made that cut.
Not someone else.

All you can do for her is to be there for her.
Tell her you love her.
Sometimes that's all anyone needs to hear.
Listen to her.
Let her know that if she needs some one to talk to, she can talk to you.

If she starts back up with the self injury, help her find help.
Help her find a therapist or go with her to tell her parents or some one.

But while your helping her through this, keep safe yourself.
If she relapses, don't blame yourself and don't feel guilty.
It's a common thing to do.

IF you have anymore questions or anything, funmail me.

I get them too, sometimes.
I only ever get ONE though.
It's on very rare occasions and usually right before my period.
But I've done some research and it seems a lot of women get these.
Most have said that their doctors says it's nothing to worry about.
This problem seems pretty common.

But audrina's advice was perfect.

Re: Dog threw up on white carpet how to get it out?

My brother's girlfriend taught me the BEST trick for this.
It might not completely get the stain out, but it got most of it out for us.

Wet the spot.
Then if they have baby powder or anything like it, put that on and rub it in.

It worked for us REALLY well.
YOu can't even see the spot on our carpet anymore.

Re: Can I cut my puppies nails?

Yeah.
There's a fleshy part in the nail, though.
If you cut that it'll hurt them real bad.

We have a 6 year old Chihuahua.
We cut his nails.
In his you can see the fleshy part, so it's no big deal for us.
So it might be the same with your dog.

But as long as you don't hit that part, it's completely safe!
Not to mention good for the dog!
If his nails get too long, it'll hurt for him to walk.

Re: How should I get rid of my 3 kittens?

Put an ad in the paper.
Free kittens.
That should do it.
If I lived near you I'd soo take one. :)
We're looking for a new kitten.
My other one has been missing for a month.

If an ad in the paper doesn't work, try online ads.
Craigslist is great.
Or ask around.
People at school, parents can ask people at work.

WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T TAKE THE SUGGESTION OF PUTTING THEM IN A SACK WITH ROCKS AND THROWING THEM IN THE RIVER.
That's not humane.
If worst comes to worst put them in a shelter.
But make sure it has a no kill policy.

Good luck getting rid of them!

What do I hate?

Tons of bomb threats (We've had like, 8 thise year).
The STABBING last year made them SOO much more strict (And they we're already really strict).
The school's about to collapse (it's falling apart).
Too many druggies.
The girls locker room in on one side of the school and the gym is on the other.
Too many fights.

And you guys think your schools are bad because they want shorts at an appropriate length.

Re: The economy, are we headed toward a depression?

Yeah, they could probably put a price cap on it.
Like milk.
There's a maximum price they can chrage for milk.
Because it's basically a necessity.
Gas and oil are too.
Without gas you can't get anywhere.

You may think you can live without oil.
But take it from me, it's horrible trying.
You freeze, you can't take a shower or do dishes.
We have to heat up pans of water to take a bath or wash the silverware and cups.
We just use paper plates.
We haven't had oil in a month and won't have any for at least another month.
So if you're like some people I know and think you can live without oil..
You really can't.
It's like, EXTREMELY hard to do.
