      <description>You cannot lose 25 pounds in 2 weeks. However, there are plenty of things you can do to tone yourself and become healthier.

-Cut out all junk food. No chips, pop, cookies...
-Excercise as much as possible. Jumping rope is excellent, do it until your calves start aching. Backward and forwards lunges are good, squats too. Bicycles and leg raises for abs, and push ups for arms.
-Smaller Portions. You probably have a plate that you reach for for each meal. Try using a smaller plate and eating no more that one serving a meal.

      <description>Make a list of reasons why you want to lose 15 pounds. Also have a few pictures of people who you admire to keep you going. No junk food! Everytime you want to eat something you KNOW you shouldn't read your list and look at you picture. Also, write down every bite you eat, and, if you can, find out how many calories you are during that day. Make sure that there is some deficiency, so that you can lose weight. Finally add in as much exercise as possible, even jumping in the spot, cause that will speed up your metabolism and burn calories.

f you are hungry before a meal, don't snack, just remind yourself that when you are hungry you are loosing fat... If you have to eat something eat a small fruit, or a vegetable. 
Don't eat late, because your metabolism slows down during the day.
Have a HUGE breakfast, you won't be able to eat much for the rest of the day, and chances are that since its early you will burn all those calories.
Exercise as much as possible. 
Drink lots of water, it makes you feel full when you have something in your stomach.</description>
