You should introduce more veggies and oats in your diet ^^" good for your heart,colon,arterys and provides great nutritional values to you. Maybe 10 raw almonds a day too.

I like eating frijoles rancheros lol make sure they have a good amount of chile not so much thought just enough were you can take the heat. The spicyness should slowly open your nasal. Works for me sometimes, plus your eating fiber!

You should take certain vitamins, its more natural. I'm not sure which one was it but it help on your growth of your hair, keeps hair shiny and strong. Nutrional health is the best! If I remeber I'll post it, or you can search if you want.

yeah but I thought drinking a lot of water just makes you loose minerals in the process. its not like your getting all the minerals you loose from sweat, by drinking a lot of water. O_O plus dosnt that give cramping? It does to me so I avoid drinking water durring excersise. Or else ill get some seriouse cramps, even if I wait 10 mins or 20, I can feel the water bouncing all inside me.

Try giving it some structure, or maybe you did but you cant tell with the format done on postings. Sometimes also your writting becomes even more effective when its compared to people around you, maybe your school lets say.

Puedes acer unos panchos tambien, oh chalupas. Casi la malloria de las comidas mexicanas no es nada complicado. I son mas buenas que comidas americanas porque tienen menos grasas.

yeah coffee is bad for you, plus it makes your teeth look bad! D: Drink Green Tea insted has some caffien if thats what your aiming for ( and no I dont mean those cheap bottle Green Tea).

I personaly think a person can nerver over exercise, because most people dont even exercise ( mainly towards adults and some young adults). Eating right is another thing, you need to eat the right foods in order to maximize your gains and perform better. Just because a person exercises dosent mean they can eat crap. Eating lots of vegtables and fruits will do you good. Also you should try eating some raw nuts(Almonds) they are really good for you, none of that toasted and salted crap though.

Well every DDR game comes with its personal exercise mode and supposly it counts calories and miles you it runs, steps, ect. I dont know how acurate it really is, but its pretty good I use it a lot. I usually do 1,000 Calories heavy mode only ( yeah it also depends on which mode you do). Light mode for 2 hours I guess its ok and if you have the time. It really gets your heart rate up and sweating! Real nice cardio work out.

Nice, yeah I got a powder from wal-mart a few days ago but I was looking up information but its hard to find real people opinions. I asked my cousins but none of them have ever taken any. I was going to get a soy protein powder from GNC, but the one from wal-mart has abit more protein grams, and just 20 more calories than the GNC one. Im sure 20 calories more wont kill me. I was just worry in away that those dam powders could contain some steroids or something. I read all the labs like 4-5 times just to make sure. lol But they are so dam cunning they cam use a code word just to hide the true meaning of something.

Free runners..hmm are those the one that came out in one of Madonna's video were they were running and jumping buildint to building and running up walls? Im sure theirs female runners too. Thought it this website im not to sure.

PSP dosent have a lot of game variety as Nintendo provides. Graphics might be better for psp but eh. Dosent really catch my attention, im not much of a portable player to get a PSP. Might as well play on a PS2 or PS3 better. DS is ok im still wonder why dual screen. They really made their games use the feature for the two screens and the touch system, very interactive.
