      <description>Ouu I have a neat idea. Take a slice of bread and cut the crusts off. Then flatten it out with a rolling pin. Spread what your kids like inside; examples- peanut butter &amp; jelly, tuna and grated cheese, peanut butter &amp; nutella, etc..  Once it is spread you roll up the bread in a spiral and cut into pieces. WHAM youve got little bread snails eheh :)</description>

      <description>once a month you should dampen your hair and put some conditioner in it. then cover it all up with a plastic shower cap. if you dont have one of those you could cover it with saran wrap, and then put a bag over it so the heat stays in. then go to bed for the night. when you wake up just rinse it out in the shower.. it worked for me.. took a few months but.. yup :) yay for healthy hair!</description>
