Well, you can only get your normal hair color back by letting it grow. If you want it to a brown color close to your hair bleach your hair then to the color you want.

You have to wait 3 months to swim in chlorine. Or how ever you spell it. But It would be better to wait. I have mine done myself. and I went swimming on my second or third week and it made it eww. haha. But yeahh wait a while.
