You asked "What is going on? Where's God in all this? How do you think God would feel about these situations? I'd like to know?" This is basically the age of Sin where people will sin more and more. God is here but He has given everyone freewill to do as they please. So he does not stop them from sinning, because He gives us all free will. This is a normal cycle. God loves all of us and wants us to come back home. I couldn't tell you how He feels because God is too complex for a simple human like me to even begin to comprehend. paradise Sun, 27 Apr 2008 15:26:22 -0700 http://www.funadvice.com/q/does_anyone_beleive_in_god_anymore 327236 Re: Will I go to hell for having premarital sex? To Miomiomio: Well I assumed that she wanted to have children since having sex is how you have children. Why else would she be having sex if she didn't want children. Since God made sex solely for the purpose of procreation and nothing else. paradise Sun, 27 Apr 2008 15:12:27 -0700 http://www.funadvice.com/q/pre_maridal_sex 327215 Re: Will I go to hell for having premarital sex? Everyone does not sin. I don't know why people make so many generalizations based on what they do. People who lie say everybody lies. People who have premartial sex (fornication) say that everybody does. But you have to remember that there are people being born every second. Do you beleive that newborn babies are having sex? Do you think newborn babies are lying? How about religious people, who are celibates who have a life long committment to never have sex. What about people who are asexual? To say that everyone on the entire planet has commmitted a sin is ridiculous. The Bible itself says that a newborn child is without sin, so how can you say that everybody sins, just because you do. Why do people make these generalizations about all of humanity when they don't even realize what they are saying? Newborn babies don't have sex, they don't lie, they don't sin. Many people don't have premartial sex, or even sex at all because of religious reasons. Many people don't lie or commmit any sins because of relgious reasons. And there are so many people who are asexual who don't even like sex, so they don't have sex either, so how can you keep on making such generalizations about the entire human race, just because you commit these sins? How can you assume that everybody is like you when you don't even take into all of the people that you are generalizing, newborn babies, religious people, asexuals, just a few on a huge list that I will name off the top of my head. So just think about this because I have seen so many people who say obvious lies like everyone has premartial sex, when obvioiusly everyone does not. I don't have premartial sex. Nobody living in my family has ever had premartial sex. I have known many people who have never lied yet liars will say that everybody lies, when that can't make logical sense. So it seems to me people who commit a certain sin, generalize that everybody commits that sin, in order to justify their own sin. Like when they say you won't go to Hell for premartial sex, because then the entire world will go to Hell, but not everybody has premartial sex. I have never had premartial sex and there are millions or maybe even billions of people that don't engage in premartial sex too, so I think people should stop making these generalizations, just to try to justify their own sins because it is misleading and innacurate. paradise Sun, 27 Apr 2008 15:08:25 -0700 http://www.funadvice.com/q/pre_maridal_sex 327211 Re: When and how do you think the world will end? No because 0 times 10 does not equal 10. If you have 10 out of zero points. 10 is not 10 times 0. 10 is 10 times 1. So if the maximum points were 1 and you had 10 points then you would have 1000 % but since the maximum points is zero, even an infinte zeros multiplied together would not equal 10, so you must have more than an infinite percent. If the maximum amount of points was 1 and you had 10 you would have 1000 percent because 100 times 10 equals 1000. Hope that helped. paradise Sat, 26 Apr 2008 16:32:15 -0700 http://www.funadvice.com/q/more_than_infinity_percent_grade 325996 Re: Will I go to hell for having premarital sex? Here is the Bible's view. Here are Jesus's words. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. They are just trying to trying to twist the Bible in order to make excuses for their sins. They want to keep sinning so they are interpreting the Bible the way the want but Jesus says this in the Bible, and this is the truth if you beleive that Jesus and the Bible are the final word. 'Fornication and indecency of any kind, or ruthless greed, must not be so much as mentioned among you, as befits the people of God... no one given to fornincation or indecency, or the greed which makes an idol of gain, has any share in the kingdom of Christ and of God.' Those 10 points are extra credit. So if I had zero points out of zero, I would have 100 percent. But I have 10 points out of a possible zero points giving me more than infinity percent because even an infinite zeros added together will never make 10. paradise Sat, 26 Apr 2008 15:40:01 -0700 http://www.funadvice.com/q/more_than_infinity_percent_grade 325943 Re: Science or relgion? So how could the Universe be only 2,000 years old. Even the Bible claims that the world is atleast 6,000 years old. Judaism itself and the old Testament is about 4,000 years old, so how do you get 2,000 years? paradise Sat, 26 Apr 2008 15:13:09 -0700 http://www.funadvice.com/q/science_or_relgion 325918 Re: Science or relgion? The reason is because 6,000 years for the age of the world is completely ridiculous. There are human fossils over 4.5 million years old, and rocks on the Earth that are over 4.54 billion years old. Science I am not sure of because as you know it has always been wrong in the past and then it changes, so it probably change more in the future. It's like if somebody said the world was 400 years old would you beleive it? Probably not because it is ridiculous. Again Christians would not be right because it is ridiculous to think that the world is only 6,000 years old. paradise Sat, 26 Apr 2008 15:10:46 -0700 http://www.funadvice.com/q/science_or_relgion 325915 Re: Science or relgion? "So it does not really matter what anybody says, whether 6000, billion or trillion.years." -Yes it does because if somebody said the world was only 400 years old would you beleive it? I doubt it. paradise Sat, 26 Apr 2008 15:09:14 -0700 http://www.funadvice.com/q/science_or_relgion 325910 Re: Science or relgion? That's true the Bible is ridiculous. The Earth is not 6,000 years old. These people have no knowlege of science. Some think the entire Universe is 6,000 years old. We have human fossils that date 4.5 million years, there are probably humans before this but no bones, due to cremation, and we have rocks that date 4.54 billion years old, and stars older than 12 billion years old, so it can't all be 6,000 years old. paradise Fri, 25 Apr 2008 23:41:04 -0700 http://www.funadvice.com/q/science_or_relgion 325392 Re: What are your beliefs with how the world began? I beleive in Multiverse theroy so I beleive in many Universes. I have studied the Big Bang Theory, Grand Unified Theory and hundreds of religions and I have came up with the most plausible scenario, although like all of these theories, my theory based on this knowledge also has gaps due to the fact that I cannot know everything. 159 Trillion years ago the Universe came into existence. Basically there are two arguments one arguments that I have heard playing Devil's Advocate. One side says that God can't exist because who created God? The other side says who created all the matter in the Universe,,, Multiverse? How did it come about? So we can neither answer the question as to how God was created or to how the matter was created. In both scenarios, advocates say God has always been there and created all the matter and the Universe, and advocates of science say that the matter in the Universe was created by nothing and just happened to pop up 13.7 billion years ago. Science goes on to say that all the matter in the Universe just magically popped out of nowhere, caused by nothing with no design. The Universe was confined to an infinetly dense atom. According to the Grand Unified Theory during the first 10^-36 of a second after the Universe magically popped into existence caused by nobody, the four forces were there namely Gravity, Electromagnetism, Strong Nuclear Force, and Weak Nuclear Force. First Gravity broke off from the Electormagnetism force, the Strong Nuclear Force, and the Weak Nuclear Force. Then The strong Nuclear force broke off from the Electromagnetism Force, and the Weak Nuclear Force. Thus the remaining force the Electroweak force which was the combination of the Electromagnetism Force and the Weak Nuclear Force was the last thing to break into the different forces. Thus this created a Scalar Field which happened to expand the Universe a Quattor decillion times the speed of light for about a fraction of a second, thus causing the Universe to come into existence. In religion all of the Unverses are in God and he exhales them and they come out through the pores of his skin. They remain outside for 311 trillion 40 billion years before he inhales all the Universes in Himself, which remain there for another 311 trillion 40 billion years. The Cycle repeats itself forever. SO two views Relgion and Science. I think the relgious one makes more sense, but everyone is free to choose God created the Universe, or nothing created the Universe. paradise Fri, 25 Apr 2008 23:29:22 -0700 http://www.funadvice.com/q/debating 325384 Re: Did you like "I Am Legend"? I actually have never seen it but I could have seen it. I was with my friends last Christmas and we were debating on whether to see Enchanted or I am Legend, and I guess we picked Enchanted, so we didn't see I am Legend. I heard about the movie on TV and they said that for like 3/4ths of the movie there is nobody there and Will Smith just talks to his dog. And in the last fourth of the movie he fights these zombies.
