use less wax. and baby powder works to get it to not stick to skin.

That's how I was sophomore year. I did pink eye shadow with a thick line around them in black eyeliner . If that's too funky you could do black eye shadow or blue or green. Pretty much anything goes with the black. here's how it ended up looking:

I use proactive to get rid of zits. Some revlon liquid makeup, then on top I use a powder to match my tan and darken it a little bit. It gives me perfect skin, but the freckles on my nose still show. (which i think are cute.) Don't go overboard on the liquid makeup, or it'll look cakey. Same with the powder. Apply powder with a brush, not a pad. You have to test out which one works best for you. and before you work with makeup, you have to clear up your skin. Even skin works best to look flawless with a little help.

Purple. It enhances the gold undertones and brings it out way much. Go for a purple with more red in it than blue. if it's too much for you put some brown on with the purple to tone it down.

omg filletofspam. If it takes ten years I'm going to cry! So not fair! I'm way much a late bloomer. Started my period at 15, and I'm still an A. (But my family's women have D's) Just keep waiting. Just keep waiting. Just keep waiting waiting waiting what do we do? we wait.. (and we get a push up bra.)

give in to them! But only eat a little of what you crave.

In a way, fatty foods help. Fatty foods make you gain weight everywhere, so you gain fat and get a chest, but that's pretty much the same thing as man boobs. I don't recommend it. I'm seventeen and wearing a nearly A, while my sisters and mother wear D's. We've just got to wait. (My mom's didn't come in until she was 18.) Though milk has a lot of estrogen in it, which helps them develop. But dude, just wait. Don't eat fatty foods. And work out your chest. Getting pec muscles (even girly ones) can create cleavage and push out your breast tissue just a little bit, making them seem bigger. Also, a push up bra helps.
