Try lying in different positions, touching yourself in different ways and places, and thinking about different things. Let your thoughts flow and concentrate on ones that make you feel good. I wouldn't worry, one day you'l have an org*sm, and you won't be able to mistake it when you do. I don't think a vibr*tor would help, it's actually pretty hard to use them.
