      <description>yes it does. the best things you can possibly do for your metabolism are to eat at least two pieces of fresh fruit  alone in the morning, at 10 minute intervals. this speeds up your metabolism because fruit is hard to digest and this actually causes your body to burn calories just during this process. in the middle of the day, a salad with lots of raw veggies is great because they move slowly through the body keeping you full longer and also are full of fiber that will help you get rid of some of that extra weight (and into the toilet), dinner should be fun, but it should also be no later than 8 at night when you metabolism slows down considerably. 

extra tip: to speed your metabolism up during the day, add a little cayenne pepper to water with lemon juice and syrup for extra sweetner, shake and drink. the acidity promotes smoother digestion and spicy foods speed up the metabolism. the syrup has no purpose, but the drink tastes like crap without it. </description>

      <description>Oh my goodness. You sound JUST like me. I am also a 19 year old model who was looking for a quick fix to loose an additional 5 lbs or so. Unfortunately, I know that in our business cocaine and smoking is often turned to. DO NOT EVER go this route. I have two friends who have already ended up in rehab and out of the agency. bad bad news. 

My advice to you would also be, stay clear of the pills. Please. I was almost killed this year by weight loss pills that were perscribed to me by a doctor for an under-the-table cash payment. The side effects of these pills are not worth the weight lose. In the end, my body recovered from the horrible things that happened, but not without a fight. I also managed to lose weight, but this was from me personal decision to become a vegan. Best choice I ever made and as a model I could not recommend it more. My skin has never looked clearer, my hair is shiny and since I cut caffenee too, I have tons of energy and the small of amount of cellulite I had on my inner thighs is gone. 

But, if you don't want to be vegan, thats chill. Go to www.modeldietplan.com to see what some of the other girls are doing to stay skinny. </description>

      <description>Coming from a girls perspective...yes, it is normal to want to have an eating disorder. For some people, the want derives either from their want to be socially accepted or because they are self-concious about their own body weight. sadly eating disorders have become sort of galmourized in society, but they are in fact a serious, serious issue that can cause depression, thoughts of suicide, self-hatred, lonliness, as well as extreme health issues (sometimes death).

      <description>before shaving, rub conditioner on the hairs. then after you shaved, taking an exfolitating scrub and rub it into your skin. when you get out of the shower, put deoderant on the area that you just shaved (I would recommend getting one specifically for this purpose...this also makes you feel fresher down there too!)</description>

      <description>I would recommend the LATEST time for eating at night to be 8 o'clock. But I would generally say that it is best for your body to have its last meal around 7. If you find that you are still hungry later in the evening, eat something that is easily digestable such as fruit or raw vegetables (without anything added such as dressing or honey), or try a caffeine-free tea (jasmine and chamomile are great for night)</description>
