Actually the period when you get a considerable height difference may vary, some get tall soon and some get tall after or around 15. 

It surely depends on your parents height too (what hv u genetically inherited).
Last but not the least.. exercise helps.. there are number of exercises for it. google it :)

I think when one posts a pic with a question or an answer, He/She doesn't want it to be shown in his/her profile. It's just a pic associated with a thread and has nothing to do with the profile. 

I think user should get freedom to choose which pic he/she wants to show on profile.

Anyway this site rocks.

      <description>Long back i read in a book of Accupressure techniques. With regular exercise you can. 

the exercise is so simple to belive. But I think it should work.
You have to stand straight in posing a "Pranam" as in the pic showed. 
Then you first press your palms against each other for some time(arounf 3 secs) and then relax. Press again.. relax again.. (told u its so simple)

Its very important to take care of breathing while u do this.
Inhale as u Put pressure... Exhale as you relax... Make a steady and slow breathing.
If you stand in front of mirror .. it shud look like as your pose is same thru-out.. hands should be horizontal(parallel to ground; in the pic.. its bent a little).

Do it daily for  minutes in the morning 2 mins in the night b4 u sleep.
Remember.. its effect will be slow.. steady and Natural... I think it will give u nice shape too.
