Eat the least amount of breads pastas and cereals as possible. And exercise. Run in the morning and night. Run anywhere from a mile to 2 miles a day. Join a fitness center and do crunches! OMG DO CRUNCHES! They work better than anything you can do. Crunches and running. Do at least 600 crunches a day. They don't have to be all at the same time.
