      <description>All you have to do is cardio. Jogging or speed walking is always good. Low intensity for longer periods of time is actually better for burning fat&#8230;so I always walk fast for About 45 mins to an hour.  It really helps to flatten your stomach...and also just cut back on your calories. Try to stay under 1200 a day. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies for snacks and cut out any drinks besides water. I lost 3 pounds in one week once from only drinking water and cutting out all sodas and juices. just do cardio 4-5 times a week for at least 45 mins. U should see a difference.</description>

      <description>ok well im a nurse and it sounds like they did not completely remove the contents of the uterus. thats what causes hemorrhage. maybe next time she should research what doctor she is going to. statistics show that abortions are actually much safer than giving birth. there are always risks with any type of surgical procedure...its just a risk you have to be willing to take. shes just one of the few people who had severe complications....doesnt mean every person going to get an abortion is going to die. im perfectly fine.</description>

      <description>do cardio or anything that gets your heart rate up and works up a sweat. you can run for about 15-30 mins a day...u have to cut back on what u eat..eat healthier and in moderation. small frequent meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals is best. any kind of cardio workout will burn calories....but the trick is to burn more calories than you eat. hope it helps...and good luck!</description>
