Anyone can get stretch marks, they can come when you grow in size, or when you loose weight. When I was younger, like 14-15 I had stretch marks on my hips and thighs not much but it was noticable. They will go away in time so dont worry, if you are worried there are creams that you can apply that minimizes them. First off how do you know 36 lbs is the amount of weight you actually can loose? How many calories can you consume a day to maintain your weight, take that number and decrease it by 300-400 calories a day. Eat clean! Meaning lots of veggies, egg whites, oat meal, whole grains etc... Have one cheat meal a week! Eat whatever you want, for 1 meal a week, the extra calories will boost your metabolism Eat 6 small meals a day Get 7-8 hrs of sleep at night At least 4 days of cardio a week, lifting weights helps you build muscle mass, for each pound of muscle you build your body burns an extra 50 calories a day Also, keep in mind to loose 1 pound, you need to burn or cut out 3,500 calories! You could do 500 crunches a day, your only going to be wasting your time and energy. In order to see how many calories you need to calculate how many calories a day you should consume for your height on average there are plenty of calculators to use online. You could just google it, For example Im 5'6" and my basal calorie intake a day is about 2,100 calories a day, in order for me to loose a lb a week safely I should cut out about 300-400 calories off that a day. You just need to keep track of your calorie intake, I keep a journal where I write down everything I eat. There are lots of free websites you can join which allow you to type in the food you eat daily and it adds up for you. Try http://www.nutritiondata.com/ its a great site which can really help you. Dont try to loose more than 2 1/2 lbs a week, also 20-30 minutes of jogging can help you burn an additional 300 calories a day. Get active! I needed to get really lean for a figure competition and hired one and he had no idea, he told me everything wrong, he told me if I lift heavier weights or drink protein shakes I would bulk up and look like a man, but guess what, women dont bulk up like men unless they use testosterone supplements or genetic altering supplements. All you need is proper diet and a good workout regimen adjusted to your height and body. Getting flat abs is mainly about diet, watch what you put in your mouth!! Avoid foods that spike insulin levels which make you store body fat, such as ( white bread, white rice, sugar) instead replace them with whole grain foods, ( wheat bread, brown rice, sweet potatoes-not the canned kind) Replace sodas and sugary drinks with water, you dont want to consume your calories from what you drink!! Avoid to eating too many fruit because they have so many carbohydrates and eat plenty of green veggies, the darker green the better, If anything I just wouldnt recommend a trainer you probably dont need one, instead a dietician or nutritionist is the best choice.
