Theres no free legal ones. The free songs on the net are illegal. Limewire is supposedly legal, even though most of the songs havent done the legal thingy yet, so most of it is illegal and people just assume its legal.

Have a good voice, that means ask around and see whether you should work in the music industry. And you need to play some instruments, or you get people to do that for you. Then you go to some recording compay and sign contract. At least, thats what I think ;D. Though I think you're too young to sing,
